But our work is not done … and we need you to continue to push this petition forward.
 
We must get this petition signed by thousands more people – across the area and the country –to persuade the Fairfax County School Board we mean business and they need to drop the frivolous Supreme Court lawsuit they recently filed. If not, they can expect protests and walkouts in the coming weeks.
 
With strong numbers, we’ll also convince the VA Attorney General and the DOJ to investigate FCPS. 
 
Our students must be protected by the adults who oversee them when they are in in their care – in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, bus stops, and more! No excuses, no exceptions! There is no education and learning without safety.
 
Title IX protection for America’s K-12 students cannot be compromised or diminished.
