We're in the home stretch of our campaign. The comment period for this rule closes in just 9 days! That's next Friday, March 13th. You know it's a bad omen when a regulation closes on Friday the 13th.

This proposed rule is not just bad, it's the worst version of this rule to date. This rule makes acceptable "decisions that would be customary within the industry." Take a look at this video. These are the kinds of practices we're talking about that are customary within the industry. These are the kinds of stories farmers would tell you about if we had protection. 

However, this rule does nothing to protect farmers from corporate abuse, exploitation, and retaliation. This rule only protects these companies and their bad actions. The USDA must do better and we must demand better!
