We are urgently calling on the United Nations and the International Community to continue every effort  to put an end to the impending executions of those fighting for freedom in Iran. It is an international responsibility to recognize, condemn, and find measures of action to eradicate the crimes against humanity enacted by Khamenei and the Islamic Republic. 

 

• We demand international efforts to put pressure on the Islamic Republic to end these unjust executions and release all of those arrested for protesting.

 

•  We demand with urgency the international court take action against the regime of the Islamic Republic and their lack of due process in court, in the context that under international law, the death penalty can only be imposed and enforced for offenses that meet the threshold of the most serious crimes, which involve intentional killing, and following a legal process that gives all possible safeguards to ensure a fair trial.  

 

• We urge for expediency in the continued reporting of UN Human rights council to investigate these actions and report back with their research, in order to hold the legal process of the Islamic Republic accountable. 

 

• We demand and an end to the condemning prisoners with "Mohārebe" or "War against God" for participating in public protests which according to Iran's own constitution is permissible by law (Article 27) while the government itself breaks their own laws such as Prohibition of torture and forced confession (Article 38) 

 

    Widespread violations of freedoms and the disregard of the principle of equality in the Islamic Republic, as well as the violation of human rights, which have been repeatedly challenged and protested by domestic critics and the international community, show that the rule of law has been abandoned in the Islamic Republic. Tyranny has become the dominant form of governance and has become so pervasive that even pro-government media do not conceal the system’s lawlessness which has become increasingly evident to the global community the past few months of Iran's freedom movement ignited by the death of Mahsa "Jina" Amini on September 16th 2022.

ما فوراً از سازمان ملل متحد و جامعه بین‌المللی می‌خواهیم که به هر تلاشی برای پایان دادن به اعدام‌های قریب‌الوقوع کسانی  که برای آزادی در ایران می‌جنگند، ادامه دهد. شناسایی، محکومیت و اقدام برای ریشه کن کردن جنایات علیه بشریت که توسط خامنه ای و جمهوری اسلامی وضع شده است، یک مسئولیت بین المللی است

ما خواستار تلاش های بین المللی برای اعمال فشار بر جمهوری اسلامی برای پایان دادن به این اعدام های ناعادلانه و آزادی همه کسانی هستیم که به دلیل اعتراض دستگیر شده اند

ما از دادگاه بین‌المللی می‌ خواهیم که علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی و عدم رسیدگی روند قانونی آنها در دادگاه، که طبق قوانین بین‌المللی، مجازات اعدام فقط برای جرائمی قابل اعمال و اجرا باشد، اقدام کند، به عنوان مثال تخلفاتی که جدی هستند, مثل قتل عمد. پیروی از یک روند قانونی که تمام ضمانت های ممکن را برای یک محاکمه عادلانه ارائه می دهد

ما خواستار مصلحت اندیشی در ادامه گزارش شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل برای بررسی این اقدامات و گزارش با تحقیقات آنها هستیم تا روند قانونی جمهوری اسلامی پاسخگو نگه داشته می شوند

اما خواستار پایان محکومیت زندانیان به صورت «محاربه با خدا» به دلیل شرکت در تظاهرات مردمی هستیم که طبق قانون اساسی خود ایران، قانوناً مجاز است (ماده ۲۷) در حالی که خود دولت قوانین خود را از جمله منع ممنوعیت نقض می کند شکنجه و اعتراف اجباری (ماده ۳۸)

نقض گسترده آزادی ها و نادیده گرفتن اصل برابری در جمهوری اسلامی و همچنین نقض حقوق بشر که بارها توسط منتقدان داخلی و جامعه جهانی مورد اعتراض قرار گرفته است، نشان از کنار گذاشته شدن حاکمیت قانون دارد

در جمهوری اسلامی استبداد به شکل غالب حکومت تبدیل شده و چنان فراگیر شده است که حتی برای رسانه های حامی حکومت نیز بی قانونی و خشونت نظام در چند ماه گذشته در جنبش آزادی ایران که با به قتل رسیدن مهسا ژینا امینی در ۲۵ شهریور، شعله ور شده، آشکار شده است
