🚨 EVRI PAY SCANDAL — PROOF COURIERS’ DISPLAYED PAY DECREASES DAYS AFTER THE WORK IS DONE 🚨

CALL FOR AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION INTO EVRI COURIER PAY

I now have documented evidence that raises extremely serious questions about the way Evri calculates and displays courier earnings.

This is not about comparing one working day with another.

The evidence shows the SAME delivery dates displaying different estimated pay amounts when checked again days later.

Here are just three examples:

🚨 THAT IS A £134.05 DIFFERENCE ACROSS JUST THREE DAYS.

The figures are labelled “Estimated” within the app, so Evri may say adjustments can take place.

But that raises the central question:

WHY ARE THE FIGURES CHANGING — AND WHERE IS THE FULL EXPLANATION FOR EVERY ADJUSTMENT?

Couriers have already carried out the work.

The parcels have been delivered.

The mileage has been driven.

The fuel has been used.

Vehicle, insurance and maintenance costs have already been incurred.

Yet a courier can look back at the same working day and find that the amount displayed has decreased.

That is completely unacceptable without a clear, transparent and itemised explanation of exactly what has changed and why.

And this is not being raised as an isolated issue affecting just one courier.

COURIERS ACROSS THE NETWORK ARE REPORTING CONCERNS ABOUT CHANGES TO THEIR PAY.

If this is happening across the board, the potential financial impact needs to be established.

A few pounds here and £10, £20, £50 or more there can become a substantial amount when added together across an entire monthly pay period.

Then multiply that across thousands of couriers.

HOW MUCH MONEY COULD WE ACTUALLY BE TALKING ABOUT?

This is why I am now calling for the relevant UK regulatory, employment, tax and/or enforcement authorities to independently investigate Evri’s courier payment system.

An investigation should establish:

• Why previously displayed estimated earnings can subsequently decrease.

• Exactly what calculations and adjustments are being made.

• Whether couriers are clearly notified whenever their figures change.

• Whether every adjustment can be traced to the individual parcels concerned.

• Whether couriers can obtain a complete audit trail showing the original calculation, every adjustment and the final amount paid.

• How widespread these changes are across the Evri courier network.

• The total financial value of retrospective adjustments made to courier earnings.

• Most importantly, whether every courier ultimately receives every penny they are contractually entitled to for every parcel they deliver.

EVRI NEEDS TO PROVIDE ANSWERS.

Couriers should not have to take screenshots every day simply to maintain evidence of what the app previously told them they had earned.

If the figures are estimates and legitimate adjustments are being made, then provide couriers with complete transparency.

Show what changed.

Show why it changed.

Show which parcel caused the adjustment.

Show the original rate.

Show the final rate.

And prove that the courier was ultimately paid correctly.

Screenshot your estimated earnings when they first appear.

Return to the same delivery date several days later and compare the amount.

If it has changed, keep the evidence.

The more couriers who document the same issue, the easier it will be to establish exactly how widespread this is and the true financial impact.
