This petition is to demand that the lease be reinstated for three canyons restaurant and a reasonable period of time be awarded in order to rectify any breach of lease agreement (suggested 60 days).
Because the HOA board acted in such a brash manner that is contrary to the interests and values of the Star Valley Ranch community, if this demand is not granted, these petitioners back the decision to make a full inquest into whether or not the board as a whole should be voted out and replaced with board members who conduct themselves with better transparency and commitment to the well being and interest of their home owner community as a whole.
