Tyree Sejkora of KD Wilde LLC has submitted a request to build and operate a large-sale event venue with a 350-person occupancy on rural land in Washington County, located at the intersection of County Road 34 and County Road 33.

This proposal raises significant concerns among nearby residents regarding traffic safety, noise, water usage, environmental impact, and the overall change to the rural character of the neighborhood. The area is currently quiet, residential, and agricultural - not zoned or designed for the level of infrastructure, congestion, and disruption that a commercial event venue of this size would bring.

This will go before the Washington County Board of Supervisors at their October 28 3PM meeting.

We the undersigned are concerned citizens and landowners who urge the Washington County Board to act now to vote against Tyree Sejkora, KD Wilde LLC, requested approval of a CUP to build and operate an event venue on rural Washington County land. Location of said venue is the property zoned A-1. The property of described as Tax Lot 32 in Section 14, Township 17 North, Range 11 East of the Sixth P.M. General location is County Road 34 & County Road 33, Blair, NE.
