We need to put a stop to All Kill shelters in North Carolina! The senseless and inhumane killing of a surrendered , stray or any healthy animal. We need to fight for more laws to protect these animals. Offering adoption fairs, laws that will give grants and benefits to shelters that stop the killing & aid in adoption as well as fostering programs.
