Healthy young Dogs are dying in massive numbers at the OC shelter due to this shelter still being closed to the public. You can only request to see 2 dogs at a time and many are never get seen because of this stupid rule still in place. COVID is over and they are still operating under this protocol. Please make this shelter change their rules and open to the public daily like all the other shelters. Their info is below. Many complaints about how this shelter is run.
