UPDATE:
A few months ago, "7" went to court on ONE case of breeching my AVO (cops only charged 1 of the 20 odd times he broke the AVO), an arson attack and some other charges of attacks in the community.
One count of breaking my AVO is meant to immediately send him to jail for 2 years, but he only got 6 months for attacking me with a golf club.
He also got 2 years for all his other violence and weapons offenses. He plead guilty so he got less time than he originally would, totalling 2.5 years

This small but important victory is now in danger.

"7" is appealing and dragging me through his traumatic attacks, again.
The case is on Aug 12th.
Please sign and keep this violent man in jail!
He clearly ENJOYS attacking people and causing fear in our community and does NOT want to change his violent ways.

I'm a disabled woman who has been gaslit and ignored by DFFH & the police are not protecting me or my community, against my abuser. My AVO apparently means nothing. 
My neighbour, "7", constantly threatens me and my neighbours. 3 times this week, he threatened to burn us alive... I go outside, hours later and see cigarette butts at my doorstep. These are not empty threats. 
He has held us hostage, threatened to rape, castrate and murder us, he's threatened to put bombs in all our mail boxes and the mail boxes of people down the street. He's stalked me for years, harassed me , flown a drone by my window for hours, and gets violent when I ignore him or run away from him.  
2 weeks ago, he threatened me, told me to "run" and chased me with a golf club. 
His violence is not just targeted at me or my neighbours. 
He's also attacked delivery drivers, attacked passersby and cars driving down our street. 
His apartment is owned by DFFH where all other apartments are privately owned/rented. 
DFFH are aware of 7's violence and myself as well as many neighbours have complained and sent proof of this violence, over the last 8 years (not just the 2 years I've been in the apartment complex) and DFFH still have the audacity to gaslight us and lie - saying no one but me has complained about 7 and 7 is, infact the victim. 
My AVO states that 7 is not allowed within 3 meters of me, not allowed to contact me in any way, is not allowed to deliberately cause mental harm or intimidation, including harassment and stalking, and is not allowed to yell from our shared carpark or his balcony, swear, or shout threats to ANYONE, not just me.  
He has breached this, many, many times. 
The police vehemently disagree with the terms of the AVO.  
They refused to help me or let me even make a report of the violence when he breaches the AVO, saying it does not count unless he says my name - which the Courts disagree with, as it's a "full order".  
I had to pay $110 to get the audio from the court cases to send to police to prove that he does not need to say my name and the judges say he is not allowed to yell threats - even with this proof, they still disagree with the terms of the AVO and refuse to report the breaches and refuse to help me. 
 
They have even refused to come to our apartment block when he's being violent because "he does this all the time" and hasn't followed through on the death threats yet. This has happened many times. I even has a police member call me back, saying they weren't coming to help me because if he quiets down by the time they arrive, they don't want to "wake the baby" and set him off, again. Another scoffed and later giggled, saying he hasn't followed through with the threats, yet, so I just should hide inside my apartment as I aggravate him. 
 
I'm disabled so I hardly leave my apartment - he knows this. That's why he stands on the balcony and yells threats to me. Yesterday he said he's going to burn us alive because "the AVO bitch's starting a turf war". 
Police have told me to buy security cameras, but even that proof won't do much. Body Corp has said they would put up security cameras but it still hasn't happened, yet. 
DFFH are still ignoring me and have been for months. 
 
7 started harassing and stalking me almost immediately after I moved to Ormond, 2.5 years ago. I complained to my rental manager and Body Corporate but it got nowhere. When the violence escalated to threatening to murder me and others, the bomb threats and holding us hostage, Department of Fairness, Families and Housing got involved - and by "got involved", I mean they took 7's side, told me to stop emailing Incident Reports and to stop "victimizing" 7. They quickly stopped replying to my emails, as did Body Corp.  
Police were often at our apartment complex but never did anything. 
They told me to get an AVO and then they would protect me. 
So I did. 
The judges gave me a "full order" PSIO. Yet, I am still not being believed and myself as wee as our community are still not being protected. 
 
Please help us get DFFH’s attention and the attention of Caufield Police to understand the Full Order AVO/PSIO is meant to protect us. The Judges have said this. 
With enough pressure from you, the Bentleigh MP Nick Staikos, the MP for Women Natalie Hutchins & Katy Gallagher, MP for Prevention of Family Violence Vicki Ward, Zoe Daniels, etc, Caufield Police and “Department of Fairness, Family & Housing” will HAVE to protect us and do their jobs.  
Please help us raise awareness. 
We desperately need help.
