E-Waste can impact everyone.  It is a waste from electronic devices.  Most E-Waste can be harmful to you and everyone because it contains dangerous materials.  If we get enough supporters, it can help me get the attention of the Alderman Harry Osterman.  He can help encourage recycling in the 48th ward.  If one place improves on their E-Waste recycling, other places might do the same.
