Please sign this petition to stop the approval of a Dunkin’ Donuts at the corner of Vannote Drive and Mantoloking Road. 

Say no to the increase in traffic, the safety of our children, and the change to our every day well-being. Adding a high-volume drive through business would make this intersection too dangerous.  There is not enough room for an approved business of this size, the amount of variances needed for this business to be approved is astronomical. The difficult approach for the delivery trucks would cause road blockages.  We can't risk our public safety because of one business. The site is a current bus stop for children ranging in age from kindergarten to high school, with Mantoloking Road, not having any sidewalks. This would put every child at risk not only at this bus stop but most of the bus stops up and down Mantoloking Road. this business would also affect the parishioners at Visitation Church as it is almost impossible to maneuver mantoloking Road during the summer season. This business would also affect the families who have pre-existing houses in the area as deliveries would be made at night, variances are being made for garbage areas that would draw in rodents and other such animals.
