Our president just opened one of the last untouched wildernesses on earth to drilling. Countless gorgeous creatures live here, but drilling would open up the land for destruction and remove countless of the animals homes. This Refuge provides habitats for a wide variety of animals, including the porcupine caribou herd and polar bears, which are at risk from drilling activities! According to research, oil and gas drilling would damage fragile tundra ecosystems, and contribute to climate change, this puts our animals at stake and pushes climate change harming our earth even more. Now is the time to act so we can prevent the drilling and save the animals. If we can do this, imagine the other national refuges we can save from drilling, saving one national refuge could open the doors to saving countless animals, helping  keep national refuges and parks safe and protected.
