Ultimately I don’t think a venue that wants to present itself as caring about the community or being more family friendly should be inviting this kind of danger into our community, let alone right next to the park! The venue was made aware and had many excuses, a few being that he didn’t really do it, or know her age, and that the child lied about her age etc. Drake Bell, a well-known celebrity who has been convicted and is a registered sex offender, is scheduled to perform at the Downtown Music Hall on June 24th. This event is a matter of great concern for our community, as it raises safety issues and ethical questions. Our town's children and families deserve protection from individuals who have committed such crimes.

Despite this, he is still allowed to perform near a children's park, which is not only inappropriate but potentially illegal according to local statutes.
