Our friends, our neighbors, our colleagues, and our family members are being illegally deported and separated from each other, which is completely unjustified under Donald Trump's radical and racial agenda. This is not what we, the people, voted for. He has consistently lied to the citizens of this country about job opportunities, claiming they are better than ever when, in reality, our economy is sinking. Many families, including mine and my disabled mother's, are living in famine due to his misleading policies and unnecessary tariffs that are causing conflicts within our nation and across the globe that we can not and will not stand for. 

Under Trump’s administration, millions of families from various ethnic backgrounds are being torn apart. The inhumane immigration policies have led to countless deportations, often without just cause and due process. Data from the American Immigration Council reveals that in fiscal year 2020 alone, over 267,000 deportations were carried out, and many of these individuals have never committed any crime being held in detention centers like animals and many human beings have gone missing. Women, children, and men have been facing extreme torture within these deportation camps.

 

Detainees have reported experiencing physical violence, verbal abuse, sexual assault, and being forced into painful "stress positions from inmates with violent histories as well as from prison staff including children. One man described being made to eat with his hands tied behind his back, “like a dog.” Psychological abuse—including threats of torture and family separation—has been described as a form of emotional torture. 

 

The punitive use of solitary confinement is widespread, often lasting weeks or even months, including for individuals with mental health conditions. The average duration of solitary confinement placements—27 days—exceeds the 15-day threshold that United Nations human rights experts recognize as constituting torture. Detainees who file complaints or seek medical/mental health care often face punishment and retaliation, including placement in solitary confinement which we all know is unethical and is not moral or Christian like as he claims to be. 

 

Substandard and negligent medical care is a systemic issue, resulting in serious harm and preventable deaths. Detainees have been denied essential medications, including insulin, ignored during medical emergencies, and returned to detention from hospitals without adequate follow-up care.

 

Detention facilities are frequently overcrowded and unsanitary, exposing detainees to extreme temperatures, constant lighting—which can cause sleep deprivation, sometimes referred to as “torture lite”—and infestations of insects. Detainees have reported maggot-infested food, overflowing toilets, and a lack of basic hygiene supplies, including soap and toilet paper. Imagine if you or your family member had to endure punishments like this for simply wanting a better life for their families or to escape countries where crime and dictatorship led them to fear and quality of life in their respective countries. It's not their fault that they were born into these countries under the rule of ruthless governments. During these ICE raid that have been has also illegally had individuals who had the legal right to be in this country going against our 5th and 14th amendments. I am not an immigrant, but we all come from immigrant families as this country was founded on immigration. Every human being deserves a chance for their freedom. 

 

Many individuals have vanished without a trace or way for their loved ones to get a hold of them. This is no different from the tactics used to round up Jewish people during the holocaust. This is not how we treat humans who live, breathe, and bleed just like the rest of us. How he's able to sleep at night knowing that this is wrong is beyond our comprehension. This isn't a democratic or republican issue. This isn't a race issue. This is an AMERICAN issue. We are a country that has become more divided with him as president and he should be held accountable for his misuse of power. He is single-handedly turning us against each other with his propaganda and abuse of our armed forces and law enforcement officers jeopardizing their lives for his personal gain and agenda to "cleanse" our country. Not to mention he's the reason that there is a government shutdown and why many of our federal workers including our armed forces won't be receiving paychecks and why many individuals won't be able to receive proper Healthcare or government assistance in SNAP programs that are vital to human life as those who receive or applied for the program won't be able to put food on their tables to feed their families when it's already tough enough as is with the inflation and shortage of food due to his ridiculous tariffs and failed promises to address this crisis. Just as he lied to voters like most politicians do but none as worse as him about all of his proposed plans when he took office. He doesn’t have to worry about living paycheck to paycheck or wondering how he's going to be able to put food on the table for his family because he's a billionaire so it doesn't concern him. He is NOT a king. He's not even a president. He's to serve the people as an elected official who is supposed to represent the United States and all he is doing is creating chaos with our taxpayers dollars. Not to mention that he's helping his wealthy friends or other wealthy individuals and corporations to get richer while the lower and middle class individuals become poorer. 

 

Aside from immigration issues, Trump's constant claims about economic growth do not align with the hard realities faced by American families. According to the Census Bureau, the median household income fell by 2.9% in 2020, the first decline in nearly a decade. Families all across the nation are struggling to make ends meet, facing food insecurity, and relying on limited social services while being bombarded with false assurances.

This administration's disregard for truth and justice has disproportionately affected minority communities, undermining the very values that this country was built upon: equality, opportunity, and freedom. Trump's power abuse must end to stop further devastation.

We must take a stand against Donald Trump's misuse of authority and demand immediate legislative action to protect our communities and preserve the integrity and humanity of our nation. We urge Congress to investigate the administration's policies and conduct to uphold our democracy.

 

He has also been responsible for arresting or prosecuting political adversaries which is no different than what Hitler did when he became a dictatorial and totalitarian leader. Trump has also been flirting with the idea of wanting to run for an unconstitutional third term that goes against the twenty-second amendment. He has also been responsible for pardoning wealthy and prominent individuals convicted of crimes that if you or I committed we would never be as fortune and would have to serve our sentences without leniency when he himself is a criminal who got away with his 34 felonies simply because of his social status. Where is the fairness in that when if we committed the things he did we would face years incarcerated? This country is a mess right now and he has shared no details of the "plans" that he has in place to better our country when he is asked by interviewers. "We have big plans in place is all that we hear from him." Well, what's the plan. Cut to the chase and tell us! We have the right to know what our elected official is planning to save our country.

"WE THE PEOPLE" call for the House of Representatives and the Senate to do the right thing as he is failing as POTUS in our country and that he be tried by the courts for a third and final justified impeachment due to the his undermined tactics and disregard of orders given to him by Federal judges as well as attacking and violating human rights. This tyranny and facist movement must be stopped! Help us to truly Make America Great Again by removing him from office. Whether you are a Democrat, a Republican, or like myself you support neither party because you see the corruption and the division that political parties create between individuals in society, then let your voice be heard! We ARE the people who can Make America Great Again. We need to stand in solidarity between what is morally RIGHT and what is WRONG!  The current state of this great country does not define who we are and his radical agendas are not what real American citizens stand for, what our troops fought for, or what our founding fathers envisioned.
