Senseless Inhumane has gone on FAR TOO LONG inside Bradley County,s Animal Control Division. KILL SHELTERS MUST be stopped Immediately !! We have NO Animal control in the County at all... Leaving Hundreds of Thousands Dog,s and Cat,s to wonder around getting Pregnant leaving thousands more to roam FREE starving to death. The City shelters are full and will euthanize if they are to sick to care for, or unruly having aggression temperament toward other dogs and or people. TOGETHER WE CAN !!!   STOP the  MADNESS !!!! I am Creating C.A.P.S   ((   Cleveland Animal Protective Service  ))  It will Take all of us, My Plan is to UNITE Churches, Pastors and youth pastors in helping TRAIN people with Bible studies and Prayer meetings , Inmates that have light sentencing or Misdemeanor charges as a community service course at a chance to work with Animals and Christian Peers to Educate them Through the Bible and Learning Human /Animal Bonding.
