I have been subject to discrimination at Axe Valley Academy due to being a Furry. The pain and isolation this caused led me to multiple suicide attempts. I am not alone: many minority groups, particularly the LGBTQIA+, Furries, and Therians, face persistent discrimination within this, quote on quote, "educational institution". The emotional toll this takes on students is devastating, Atrocious and simply cannot continue.

Discrimination is not just a fleeting inconvenience; it is a violation of basic human rights. At Axe Valley Academy, reports of bullying and harassment directed towards minority groups are rampant. School should be a safe haven, a place for learning and growth, not a breeding ground for prejudice. Administration and staff at Axe Valley Academy must be held accountable to implement strict policies that ensure inclusivity and protect students from discrimination of any form.

It is imperative that those who perpetuate discrimination face consequences. Prosecution and penalties for offenders would serve as a deterrent and set a strong precedent, emphasizing zero tolerance towards any form of discrimination. Furthermore, a thorough investigation into current cases should be initiated to better understand the extent of these issues and assist in creating efficient preventive measures.

Educational training and awareness programs focusing on diversity and inclusion must be regularly conducted to educate both students and faculty about the importance of understanding and respecting differences. These programs can foster empathy and encourage a supportive community where everyone feels valued and accepted.

This petition calls for immediate action to address and rectify the hostile environment at Axe Valley Academy. Students should be free to express their identities without fear of ridicule or harm.
