🛑 Help Stop the Tamar Nurseries Scandal… before it becomes a reality.

A shocking, coordinated deception, built on lies, unlawful felling, and undeclared commercial takeover — this is not just an abuse of planning law, but also an abuse of public trust.

Tamar Nurseries Ltd is attempting to retrospectively approve a massive 6,200m² glasshouse, three water tanks, a 6.6 million-litre reservoir, and underground irrigation — all of which were built illegally without planning permission.

Worse still, they:

✅ Lied on their application, claiming “no trees or buildings existed” – even though a protected willow tree was chopped down and a giant glasshouse was already built.
✅ Concealed ownership – Oscude Ltd, a building developer, now controls the site, but this was hidden from the planning authority.
✅ Ignored flood risks – No Drainage Impact Assessment was submitted, despite the site being in Flood Zone 3.
✅ Exploited a Royal Warrant to pose as a “family nursery” while operating a commercial industrial site.

This isn’t just local. It’s a national scandal in the making. And if approved, it sets a dangerous precedent: destroy first, ask later.

 
🗓️ The Council decides on 16th June 2025 – we must act fast.
The site is no longer run by a nursery. It’s controlled by several commercial developers with a history of undeclared infrastructure and misleading planning documents.
