HELP  “Stop the Road”being planned through Cheshunt Park.  Projected 2000 cars per hour. It’s green belt and land  generously given to the people of Cheshunt by former landowner Lady Debenham in a protected covenant.   With 6 road options for the Huge Brookfield development our council has chosen the only one that will tear the heart out of Cheshunt Park.  
I urge local residents to put in Objections and demand that Broxbourne council only build the new shopping centre and  new  roads that has already been allocated  for mixed use development in the recently adopted local plan. 

Their current  road option is a last minute add on to their plan and if passed it will take acres of land away from Cheshunt park - so the developers benefit and local residents suffer the consequences. 

Currently they don’t have planning permission  to take this extra greenbelt land from the Park.  The new river walk will be ruined, the traffic along Brookfield lane west will become horrendous with an extra 2000 cars per hour adding to the congestion!  

Register your objections or they will get the PARK link road passed on the quiet.
