STOP DEPORTATION FOR CATHERINE NJOROGE AND HER SON ASHER

STOP DEPORTATION FOR CATHERINE NJOROGE AND HER SON ASHER
The Issue
Catherine Njoroge, a resident of Edmonton Alberta, is a 27 year old single mother of two, a 3 year old Canadian born son and a 4 year old Kenyan born daughter who fled Kenya on July 7, 2019 fearing for her life due to domestic violence and cultural differences.
Catherine filled a refugee claim in Canada, which has been denied three times by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada which did not accept her claim based on credibility as part of the grounds for her to stay in Canada.
Catherine has been misrepresented and extorted by four lawyers since she filed her refugee claimant.
She has been working with TCL Supply Chain as a warehouse associate, paying taxes without fail, no criminal record whatsoever and has been taking care of her son and her daughter back in Kenya. She has been a dedicated community volunteer with Catholic Social Services, and a valued member of Kenyan Community In Edmonton. In November 2020 during COVID 19 pandemic she was working in Revera Jasper Place Continuing Care Centre as a cleaner.
Catherine and her son are kindly requesting you and your network and friends to sign this petition asking the Canadian Government Authorities to:
1.Defer her removal set for today February 22, 2023 at 12:00 a.m.
2.To grant her Permanent residence under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds in the best interest of her son whose health will be at risk since he has been constantly in and out of hospital, as well as her daughter whom she has been supporting financially to keep her safe for as she has been hiding from one place to another in Kenya since she is been hunted by her ex-husband so as to hurt Catherine.
Catherine and her children deserve a second chance to live in Canada to benefit from the Canadian compassionate way of life so that her son can continue to get treatment and healthcare benefit that will not be readily available in Kenya.
Deporting Catherine to a country where she suffered immensely psychological, mental and physical torture from her ex-husband will deeply affect her and both her children's mental well being. Asher being a Canadian citizen would stand a better chance growing in a loving supportive environment together with her mother while in Canada.
