Thank you for sharing the petition. The Council will address the general Ordinance on this matter in the near future. For clarification, the City of Aurora does not build Data Centers. They are built by 3rd party developers who must obtain Council approval for their projects. Thus, City funds are not diverted from important issues mentioned like homelessness or education.
