It's no fun fact that AI is causing many issues in our lives now. AI is actively taking away people's jobs and livelihoods. AI data centers use up to 2 million liters of our clean drinking water PER. DAY. Families and communities who live in the area around data centers report noise disturbances from the center, power outages, and little to no usable water.

This abomination of a creation is harming people, not bettering lives. We do not need a data center here, or anywhere in Virginia. And at the very least if they were to still build one, it should be far from public life and wildlife to lessen its impact. 

This data center campus is in the middle of the woods, and has already cleared away over 500 acres of trees. The data center campus is expected to be 5.5 million square feet with 23 buildings.

Aside from the horrible impact AI has created for people and the environment, we simply do. not. need. it. Everything that AI knows how to do, is information and knowledge that it has taken from REAL. LIFE. PEOPLE. 

Please, help stop this from becoming a reality for those who live off of Brooke Road by signing this petition.
