The Issue

The Dallas City Council is about to sign a major new agreement with airlines at Love Field that would last until 2040. This deal decides who controls the gates, how expansion is managed, and what kind of accountability the public can expect.

Right now, the airlines get long-term certainty. But what do nearby residents get?

There is no requirement for a noise curfew. There is no permanent seat at the table for the communities most impacted. There is only a voluntary reporting mechanism for noise complaints, with no guarantee the public will see those reports.

If you live near Love Field, this matters. Without firm protections in the agreement, the airport can keep growing while your quality of life gets pushed aside. Late-night flights, rising traffic, and limited transparency will only get worse if the city locks in a lease that puts airline priorities first.

We are not asking to stop growth. We are asking for a fair deal. Communities deserve a voice in how this airport operates. They deserve to know how much noise is being generated and when. They deserve to be part of the decisions that affect their homes, their health, and their future.

Sign this petition to demand the City of Dallas include real community protections in the Love Field lease. Before this deal is finalized, make sure the people living near the airport are seen, heard, and protected.
