At the northern end - CLE should be developing a tourist node at Brooklyn Centre-Old Brooklyn. A swtich back at Old Denison could bring cyclists up the hill to connect with the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and historic homes. (See: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/finding-mill-creek-laura-mcshane/) Metroparks invested $2.3 million in the Stillwater Place Event Center that will book weddings, reunions, corporate events and instead of developing a hotel at the top of Big Creek Valley - with views of downtown and a short walk to the zoo- the City of Cleveland and CDCs have conspired to feed county corruption by building permanent supportive housing for untreated mental health patients.
