The Cuyahoga County Land Bank operates without oversight and should be investigated for misuse of public funds through the United States TARP and federal HUD program.  Residents are opposed to transfer of the vacant YMCA at 3881 West 25th St to the Cleveland Housing Network and Eden for permanent supportive housing.  Over 118k in back taxes have been wited out by the "Land Bank" - undermining services in Cuyahoga County.
