I have contacted the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program ( monies in NEO have only been earmarked for demolitions - not to help struggling homeowners with underwater mortgages) and the HUD Inspector General (Detroit Shoreway Development Corporation stands to make millions in development fees on this PSH project - but has no voting board members from the Brooklyn Centre neighborhood).
