Hi Everyone!
Last night with much silliness and support for music education in the our public schools, the high school Bass Choir performed their version of Swim On as part of their final concert of this school year. With one student dressed as a superintendent (maybe?) and others waving various implements of child torture like playschool xylophones and hobby horses, the Bass Choir at Camas High School brought the house down. These kids don't want their music education taken away because of budget cuts, and they really mean it! Enjoy the video!
If you live in the Camas School District, we need your help before the end of the month! Please email, call and/or ask for a meeting with the below principals so that if they are given back additional funding for teachers, they will prioritize music education:
Liberty Middle School - Mandy Busby - mandy.busby@camas.wednet.edu 360-833-5850 x78207 (Interim Principal)
Skyridge Middle School - Clint Williams - clint.williams@camas.wednet.edu 360-833-5800 x79140 (Principal)
