Stop culling pigeons at Dunbar Bridge

East Lothian Council have ordered a cull of 400 pigeons under a bridge in the middle of nowhere. This is confirmed to take place in early February and the council have no shame to inform everyone about this in the article below.
Apart from being EXTREMELY CRUEL, killing pigeons is also ILLEGAL as it violates the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and breaches the general licence terms, which state that lethal control should only be used as a last resort (i.e. when all other methods have been tried and failed). There are no deterrents on the bridge.
