STOP cruel animal shifting in goods transport vehicles - Naresh Kadyan

Kindly refer to the FIR No. 454 dated November 3, 2012 lodged with the Palwal Sadar Police station and 59 badly abused Rajasthani calves were rescued, where as this goods transport vehicle was carrying these animals in double storey position, 29 calves were loaded in leg tied sitting position on ground floor and 30 animals were loaded in same position on double storey. It would be pertinent to mention here that goods transport vehicle’s can carry only immovable articles by weight basis and every year passing is essential for these vehicles but I am very sorry to say that animals are being transported by these goods transport vehicles from one place to another for slaughtering purpose, animals are shifting under very heavy stress, pain, sufferings and injury.

Article 51 A (g) of the Constitution of India defined every Indian citizen’s fundamental duty but all concerned officials are violating these moral and fundamental duties while allowing cruel animal transportation to promote illegal slaughtering in India. Camels are being shifted from one place to another by the Border Security Force – BSF in these goods transport vehicles, Indian circuses are also abusing camels while shifting from one place to another, like wise sheep and goats are being badly abused from Rajasthan to Delhi and then to J&K under Indian Army supply cover.

Hence it is humbly requested to cancel all registration of goods transport vehicles involved in crime against animals. AWBI is here by requested to issue advisory to all State about it.

It would be pertinent to mention here that goods transport vehicle’s can carry only immovable articles by weight basis, where as animal can be shifted on the basis of their size and shape, every year passing is essential for these vehicles but I am very sorry to say that animals are being transported by these goods transport vehicles from one place to another for slaughtering purpose, animals are shifting under very heavy stress, pain, sufferings and injury.

We demands cancellation of Goods Transport vehicle registration No. MP09 HG 4816 along with the strict departmental action against the In charge, Police Post, Dhatir because he ignore the complaint lodged by People for Animals Haryana / OIPA in India, to protect the offenders because above said vehicle was escorted by a Bullero Mahindra and owners of these abused animals are allowed to go with clean hands.
The State Committee for Slaughter Houses principally agreed all points raised by its member Naresh Kadyan on February 14, 2013. All offenders of FIR No. 114 dated February 15, 2013 lodged with PS Kurukshetra City be arrested after cancellation of vehicle registration No. HR65-7447, Encroachments on Gaucharaan Land be vacated, transferred to Gaushala's, Cow progeny be declared as 'Domestic Animals of India', Congratulations to the Govt. of Haryana for adopting cow as State domestic animal of Haryana. Abhishek Kadyan and Sukanya Kadyan campaigning tirelessly for these points.
The Ministry of Home Affairs directions:
As the subject matter of the petition pertains to the State Govt., the same has been forwarded to the Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Chandigarh for appropriate action and sending a suitable reply to the petitioner vide Ministry of Home Affairs letter No.20011/13/2013-Coord.II dated 04.03.2013. The petitioner is requested to take up the matter directly with the State Government. McDonald's served non vegetarian food in Kurukshetra, caught red handed, non vegetarian items recovered then, why FIR was not lodged against all offenders?
Animals are not things; they are living and have feelings!!!!!! Section 94 of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993 also violated, 170 sheep's were rescued in FIR No. 145 dated June 5, 2013 on the eve of World Environment Day, lodged with the Police station, Bhondsi in Gurgaon by Naresh Kadyan, Member, State Committee for Slaughter Houses but Police failed to impose section 94 of the Haryana Motor Vehicle Rules, why? All State Govt. should introduce strong legislation's for animal welfare being an state subject.
1. Cow progeny be declared as a state domestic animal of Haryana.
2. Cow slaughtering offenders be try and decide by the fast track court of District and Session Judge, no appeal provisions and animal abusers registry be prepared.
3. Pension scheme for cow progeny and gaucharan common land be handed over to animal shelter Gaushala. National Cattle Commission, 2002 report be implemented.
4. Draft rules Animal Welfare Act, 2011 be approved, National Cattle Commission report, 2002 needs attention.
5. We strongly recommend Naresh Kadyan for Padama award, 2014 and nominate him as Chairman, AWBI.
