Kindly refer to the FIR No. 454 dated November 3, 2012 lodged with the Palwal Sadar Police station and 59 badly abused Rajasthani calves were rescued, where as this goods transport vehicle was carrying these animals in double storey position, 29 calves were loaded in leg tied sitting position on ground floor and 30 animals were loaded in same position on double storey. It would be pertinent to mention here that goods transport vehicle’s can carry only immovable articles by weight basis and every year passing is essential for these vehicles but I am very sorry to say that animals are being transported by these goods transport vehicles from one place to another for slaughtering purpose, animals are shifting under very heavy stress, pain, sufferings and injury.

Article 51 A (g) of the Constitution of India defined every Indian citizen’s fundamental duty but all concerned officials are violating these moral and fundamental duties while allowing cruel animal transportation to promote illegal slaughtering in India. Camels are being shifted from one place to another by the Border Security Force – BSF in these goods transport vehicles, Indian circuses are also abusing camels while shifting from one place to another, like wise sheep and goats are being badly abused from Rajasthan to Delhi and then to J&K under Indian Army supply cover.

Hence it is humbly requested to cancel all registration of goods transport vehicles involved in crime against animals. AWBI is here by requested to issue advisory to all State about it.
