My daughter has MS and has had multiple surgeries on her legs so she is in a wheelchair and she also has 3 teenage children.  She has been living in a home  in Spring City TN with the Cross ville tn section eight.  She pays her rent on time and they have been doing  multiple inspections and every time they go inside her house the nick pick at every little thing. They have failed her 3 times and the last time was because they said her base boards were not clean enough. She is not even able to get out of the wheelchair and sit on the floor so the kids have to do a lot of the work.  They have harassed her and decriminated against her disability due to they can't expect her to be able to do all of the things a non disabled person can do.  I have personally went into the home before an inspection and it was clean. When my daughter first moved into the home she asked them if they could put a ramp in front of the door so she could have easier access to the home and they told her that would be her responsibility so my daughter has actually fallen a few times going up the steps going into the home.  Now they are trying to evict my disabled daughter and her children with the way economy is today just for her house not being spotless when she in a wheelchair. An  organization that is supposed to help disabled people should not be able to make them homeless for something like this.
