To: Grants Pass City Council, Code Enforcement, and Public Safety Department We, the undersigned residents of Grants Pass, Oregon, are calling for immediate action regarding ongoing criminal and hazardous activity occurring on the private property located at 1439 Daisy Lane. This property has become a hotspot for illegal activity, including but not limited to: - Drug use and drug sales - Public exposure and indecent behavior - Open fires creating extreme fire hazards - Transient individuals living in non-dwelling structures - Frequent disturbances and threats to public safety Despite multiple calls and reports made to the proper authorities, the property owner has failed to secure or maintain the property, allowing these serious issues to continue. This negligence puts nearby residents, families, and children at risk and contributes to the deterioration of our community. We are asking for the following actions to be taken immediately: 1. City inspection of the property for code violations, fire hazards, and unlawful occupation. 2. Enforcement of existing ordinances and laws to hold the property owner accountable. 3. Ongoing monitoring of the location to prevent further criminal activity.
