This new plan to redesign brings about a sadness, as it threatens to strip Cracker Barrel of its identity that we've come to love.

Cracker Barrel isn't a mere restaurant. It is a place stitched with stories, a place bearing the sweet aroma of nostalgia- vivid and alive with the pulse of our familial love. This unique aura is accentuated by its design and ambiance that will profoundly alter with the proposed changes.

In the restaurant industry, maintaining the brand's identity is crucial for its loyal customers who identify with that brand image. A study by Harvard Business Review underlines that an unwanted change may lead to a significant decrease in customer loyalty, which we can equate to as a loss of the 'homely' feeling of patrons (Harvard Business Review, 2018).
