Stop CPS corruption and reunite families

Stop CPS corruption and reunite families
The Issue
Please take a moment to sign this petition — not just for my family, but for families everywhere who feel unheard inside systems meant to protect them.
For more than two years, my family has lived in a constant state of uncertainty. We experienced prolonged legal proceedings that deeply impacted custody and our ability to be heard in a full and timely way. What should have been a fair process became years of emotional strain, financial hardship, and instability for our children. Birthdays passed. Holidays felt incomplete. Days that should have been ordinary became filled with anxiety and fear about what would happen next.
No child should grow up feeling the weight of legal conflict they did not create.
This is not just our story. According to the American Bar Association, family court cases can take months or even years to resolve, and delays can significantly affect children’s emotional well-being. Research from the National Institute of Justice and multiple child development studies shows that prolonged legal conflict and instability increase stress, anxiety, and long-term emotional harm in children. Globally, millions of children are affected each year by custody disputes and prolonged family court battles.
When due process is delayed or when families feel they are not being fully heard, the consequences fall most heavily on the children.
If you would not sign for me, and you would not sign for yourself, please sign for the children — the ones who never chose this fight. The ones who deserve stability, fairness, and protection of their basic rights. The ones who deserve systems that prioritize their well-being above everything else.
Most of us have lived much of our lives already. Our children are just beginning theirs.
Please stand with us. Add your name. Share this message. Help bring awareness to the need for accountability, transparency, and timely, fair processes when children are involved.
Together, we can turn silence into awareness, and awareness into meaningful change.
