ATTORNEY GENERAL IN MASSIVE COURT ORDER SCAM (Discredited Sir Geoffrey Cox)
Neelu Berry (Chaudhury), a retired pharmacist turned justice campaigner, after she found out through bitter experience, that children were being removed from families, on the grounds of Court Orders, which cannot be proven to be authentic.
She joined forces with fellow campaigner, scientist Sabine McNeil, another stalwart children’s rights campaigner, and contributor to the book “The Forensics Of Legal Fraud”, focusing on the Hampstead mass child abuse hotspot, involving high profile abusers.
Her “PROSECUTION” at the Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on October 15th 2015, for the crime of praying for children, was dropped, when the lay of information (Prosecution) could not be produced.
Another purported “COURT CASE” surfaced, this time with Sabine McNeil as Joint Offender, on what appears to be a totally further counterfeit case. Which was also dropped when the proceedings were questioned, at the Blackfrairs Crown Court on 11th-18-July 2016. Stupendously, they were both given “RESTRAINING ORDERS” on a nullity, for which Sabine McNeil was jailed in January 2019, after being held in remand for a year.
Without even a prosecution, Neelu has been served papers in January 2019, bearing the name and authority, of no other than the discredited and Knighted Attorney General, Sir Geffory Cox, alleging a prosecution for contempt of court, in the Case which was already dropped as being a nullity.
Whilst Sabine McNiel has been held captive in a jail, Neelu has been unable to get a response from Sir Geoffery Cox, the Court, nor the lawyers, to supply the alleged material. To show that the court actually issued proceedings, and that the papers were not made up artificially with violent intent.
Sir Geoffery in the meantime, has resigned due to court fraud bit.ly/coxfraud . Following the jailing of Sir Geoffrey Archer and Sir Johnathan Aitkin for court related crimes.
The same exact process, has been used by the organized criminal gangsters in authority, to violently steal Neelu’s Home and belongings, with Police assistance, and with the same result, that neither the Court (Romford County + High Court London), the lawyers, nor the alleged Claimant (COOP), can produce any proof whatsoever, that they paid a court fee, information was laid, or that the Court issued proceedings, in the purported claim(s).
Simultaneously, Chief Andy Donald of Redbridge Local Authority, who has the Statutory Duty to investigate these crimes, actually sends on a regularly basis, bailiffs with fake Warrants to her door, for purported council tax liability Orders, allegedly Issued by the Court, for her stolen home, to harass her.
So as it appears, and as exposed repeatedly only on ScamBuster.TV , the Police, local authority and Court staff, are acting in unison, under serious corruption and organized crime, to steal Homes, Savings, Businesses, Cars and Children, at all times, falsely using the authority of the court, leaving the victim with nowhere to get assistance.
And now we have Neelu Berry, Stuart Russel-Cocks, and retired solicitor Edward Ellis, all being served with papers bearing the name and authority of the discredited Sir Jeoffery Cox, and which are by the evidence, Counterfeit Claims, as established in the case of Gedaljahu Ebert, author of the book “The Forensics Of Legal Fraud”.
This is a call to action, for all public officials involved or who is aware of this war against the public, falsely using the authority of the court, to stop and correct, or resign, as several have done as a result of this campaign.
As the Ofcom Controlled press and media appear to be unable to report on Counterfeit court proceedings, for reasons unknown, we ask you the public, who holds final accountability, to sign this petition and ensure it is spread by boots on the ground, until the matter is sorted.
