Meet Margaret Bass, a mother of two with a handful of Grand Children and former bus driver now a Crypto Currency enthusiast, where blockchain technology will eradicate many scams. Originally from Warri, in the Delta State of Nigeria, home of Human Rights campaigner, Ken Saro Wiwa who was judicially murdered. A place which has enriched many western countries with it’s Oil, Minerals and other Natural Resources.
Margaret came to the UK as a young woman, to seek her fortune, and escape the corruption, for which Nigeria is renowned.
Her reality started to adjust, when she returned from holidays in 2010, to find her home boarded up, and all her belongings removed.
She consulted the authorities and CAB, but they all closed their investigations, without being WILLING to verify the purported Court Proceedings and Warrants, under which she was deprived of her home, and worldly belongings.
This may be a shock to the un-initiated, but very familiar to fellow victims, and their families.
Margaret moved to the cheaper Northamptonshire, to begin the arduous journey of re-establishing a broken life, where she bought another home.
Fast forward to 2018, Margaret received threats from Lightfoot Solicitors LLP (Thiara Ranjit Singh), that she owes £77,000, including various alleged Court Fees from a purported shortfall based on an unknown Court Claim number 9PA59209.
Nothing made sense, and she enquired with the Court (Ian Burnham - Manager, Northampton County), Council (CEO George Candler - Northampton Council) and the Bank.
After some three years of persistence, she was told the following in writing:-
1) Neither Lambeth nor Northampton Councils can trace any lawful eviction, which by law must be notified to them.
2) The Court stated that they had destroyed all the papers and computer records, and have no trace of a claim 9PA59209, but they made up a new number F00NN686.
3) The alleged lender Paratus AMC - AKA Gmac (CEO Hans Geberbauer claimant) stated they have no files nor records on any outstanding debt nor Court Fees.
Despite the evidence and confessions, seven unidentified people smashed her front door on 13th January 2020 in an attempt to repeat the offence of 2010, only this time she was present to defend her property (Video).
The 999 police assured her that they would not be assisting her, and even told her to let the thugs in, whilst they were running away.
On October 8th 2020, someone trespassed and stuck documents to her house, possibly to avoid mail fraud, containing a further threat of Illegal Eviction. This prompted Margaret to contact the Court CEO, Susan Acland-Hood, demanding the so-called Warrant, where she was supplied with a totally faked document.
Upon investigation, it has transpired, that illegal bailiffs, are routinely using a form called N49 “WARRANT” from a website known as West Law, with a court stamp is built in, and bears no resemblance whatsoever to the authentic Court Document N325 (see video).
It further transpires, from Margaret’s experience, that the Council officials, Police and Court Staff, are all united on protecting this scam, which leaves Margaret nowhere to go to obtain justice, other than the public via Social Media, against this pyramid of terror.
As the popular press, appears to be in with the gang too.
Margaret is urging all repossession victims, whether homeowners or tenants, to demand the authentic Warrant (N325), issued by the court, or demand the prosecution of all those involved in this Property Snatching Scam, by trusted public officials, abusing their trust, in the most gruesome and cruel manner.
Being totally self-assured, that the crime is contained within the boundaries of the Council, Police and shady corridors of the UK Courts.
Leaving Margaret to wonder, if the move she made as a young aspiring woman, to escape rampant corruption in her native homeland of Nigeria, has landed her into a bigger fire, in the Queens England.
By passively allowing this scam to flourish, the public is acquiescing to violence, theft and torture, by the men and women we pay to keep us safe and warm.
Let’s crack this together, and get redress for the victims of this Court Order Scam, PPI style, and bring the bad guy public officials swiftly to justice.
