Ø  Lagos Style Liquidators – Organised Crime Cartel, fronted by Freddy Khalastchi and Simon Carvill-Biggs of Menzies LLP, proceeded to steal the victims properties and contents, claiming to have been appointed by the Secretary of State of NOWHERE, in the High Court of NOWHERE.

Ø  And the Seal of the Court, pursuant to CPR 40.2 and s.134 of the County Court Act 1984, is NOWHERE.

Ø  Holding quarter of a million pounds of the victim’s cash, in a money laundering bank account of NOWHERE.

Ø  This victim has seven purported cases against him in various courts, and in each and every case, the payment of the Court’s  Fee, with which he is being charged  is NOWHERE.

Ø  In fact, the VICTIM was arrested, on several occasions, on purported Warrants, which are NOWHERE on the Court’s Computer Records.

Ø  And even jailed (kidnapped) for defending his Rights and his property, won in the Crown Court, as the bailiff’s alleged Warrant, is NOWHERE.

Ø  And the IPOC (IPCC) has made a “finding”, that the warrants are authentic, even when the warrant number and Court Seal is NOWHERE.

Ø  The crime report filed, and the Great British Police are NOWHERE. And the complaint was passed to offending Officer PC Dave Moss, to investigate himself, so that is destined to go NOWHERE.

Ø  Despite the epidemic in the country, of FAKE Liquidators, Trustees, and LPA Receivers, stealing trillions, and wrecking the lives of a huge section of the population, and their families, reports about this mass atrocity in the press, are to be found NOWHERE.
