PRESS RELEASE - ALL BANKRUPTCIES ILLEGAL AND VOID - POLICE VIDEO Based on a sample of over 1,000 cases, a Bankruptcy expert fro www.ScamBuster.TV has concluded, that every single bankruptcy proceeding, since the introduction of the Insolvency Act 1986, are ILLEGAL and VOID. It appears from the evidence, that the victims of Bankruptcy Proceedings, have been prevented from obtaining restoration, by the misinterpretation, and misrepresentation of the crimes involved, by the police, the court administration, and the Judiciary. According to a Freedom Of Information request by the Sunday Times, the High Court has issued hundreds of thousands of Bankruptcy Orders, when the High Court does not have any Jurisdiction, to issue such proceedings, other than in extremely rare circumstances. Further, It has been noted, that there are no computerised court records, for nearly every case. Where data has been available, almost inevitable, the Court's Fee, and/or the deposit, have not been paid.
