Stop the mis lead authority to maintain and operate in the City of Brevig Mission, with the resiliency and after the impact of Covid-19. 

The City of Brevig Mission recieved COVID-19 & Americain Rescue Plan ACT (ARPA) monies and only with family of the council members on board. The formal Mayor at the 2020 time, the funding was used and also known as unauthorized by all members of the City Council. Only acted by the Mayor Adriana Olanna and her associate Dustin Giffin and her current boyfriend. Unaccounted for spenditures these two had done by the transfers from the City account(s) and to his own(Dustin Giffin's own account) if not Adrianna Olanna's.

The Bingo entertainment was handled by Bingo Member In Charge also known as MIC. Adriana Olanna older sister was the MIC. SHE too was taking extra paydays, receiving cash for her pay check and also having her pay already transferred. Going to get this cash for pay even on Sundays. The Bingo Member In Charge and handled all the funding for Bingo Entertainment. 

Adriana Olanna and Dustin Giffin still works at the City of Brevig Mission today where the City is having financial struggles since both Adrianna Olanna is still on city council and Dustin Giffin as City Clerk. Many of the staff including myself have been laid off due to lack of funding and until City can receive NSEDC Community Benefit Share to help in its debts. Otherwise I am currently laidoff until Fisical Year 2021 budget is passed and recieved. Fiscal Year 2021 budget will let the City recieve administration funds. As Grant Writer I was doing most of all the City clerk duties since December 26, 2024. In de past too but left due to embezzlement by mayor Adriana and formal Bookkeeper and boy- friend of Adrianna is Dustin Giffin.

Adrianna would then come to the City office during regular office hours and come in often yelling at Dustin, myself and another coworker watched her strike Dustin with a closed fist. While Adriana assumes that he is messing around or smelling ladies panties at work Adrianna would still come daily to try perform her duties as mayor. Myself and two of my coworkers had been blamed by Adrianna that we had affairs with her boyfriend and City clerk Dustin Giffen. 

I was recently cussed at, laughed at and yelled at by adriana (4) four different date and times this year alone. 

Stop the abusive authority to run, maintain or operate in a public building but also stop the aggressiveness in the obscene language that continues by this council and staff permanently. Help stop this from ever happening in the near furture.

Start the change to keep a well maintained and well operated City business.

Quite a few close friends and family have the desire to do this too and still manage to be employeed to this day. Help me create a change right away.

Help me make City of Brevig Mission in more better operation in its own resilience and to being more committed to the community and not to its council and staff. Stop them from working that way. And stand up for what is right.
