First of all i wanna say that this is going to be a pretty long story so be prepared to take some time to read this all.

With this petition I would like to tell everyone a story that really can't be done anymore and that really needs to be handled and changed urgently.
This concerns my son and in the end myself.
About 4 years ago my son fell victim to a Bulgarian criminal he had met through the internet.
It started with telling lies, scams and also theft.
After my son was robbed of a large sum of money just under 4 years ago, he reported this to the first Bulgarian police who refused to do anything about it and then sent him to other places such as the police.
The reports were already about drugs that the criminal uses, about the theft and fraud and that the criminal wanted people to be killed.
The more time went by, the more things happened that my son then fell victim to, done by the same criminal.
He started to report this to more and more authorities, was constantly reporting everything that had happened in the meantime, and also had evidence of everything that he then presented.
Over the years he kept contacting more and more authorities because more and more things kept happening, not only with the Bulgarian government services but also in his own country.
So far nothing has been done about it by the Bulgarian authorities, and those in our own country did nothing and just kept leading him on, kept lying to my son and also kept sending him to other authorities while always everyone came to say that they had no authority for it, while this was certainly the case, which could then be seen on their own websites with the information about what they do and what they are authorized for.
Further over the years he kept contacting more and more places, and even continued on a European level to file complaints against the Bulgarian government for doing nothing, and in the end he was also told by them that there was no jurisdiction and there was nothing they could do about it.
In the end, my son sat with more than 50 different authorities, the Bulgarian ones, those in his own country and even European ones.
This involves contacting a very large part of the Bulgarian police, let me say just not every police station, as well as Bulgarian lawyers, creditors, Embassy, other organized crime team, judiciary, judges, ministers and a whole lot of other authorities , you could say almost the entire government.
Nothing was ever done about this criminal while a number of other serious crimes had also been added.
The authorities in our own country did absolutely nothing, except for 1 person who tried to make it his job and who was simply ignored by this criminal, after which that person started getting fines that were never paid, and then this criminal became sued, that is by a lawyer, which never showed up at court and where this lawyer tried to make contact to inquire where that person was, but then received no response at all.
Also that lawyer made contact with the Bulgarian police and they just came to tell the man that he had to stop sending mails and leave them alone.
Over the last 3 to 3 and a half years, my son has therefore driven his own car to Bulgaria to physically visit the police, etc., together with all the evidence he had of that criminal about what was said and what was done by this one.
I'll be back to make a list of exactly what these crimes were.
But to come back to what I was telling you, my son has driven to Bulgaria 5 times in all those years together with all the evidence, he did this 1 to 2 times a year.
He had also visited the Embassy at the beginning.
But nothing was ever done about this, absolutely nothing was done about this criminal.
The police just fooled him, came to lie to him and at 1 police station my son was simply laughed in his face by the officer and this officer came to tell him that he watched too many films, that nothing had been done wrong and nothing was done that was against the law while these were very serious crimes, after which my son shouted in the cop's face that he himself knew the law well enough and knew what was in it and what was against the law and what was not, those were at that time already some serious crimes, and he refused even to see the evidence.
Also at another police station, one that is specialized in crimes, my son was being lied to and such.
One evening he went to that police station and told his report he wanted to do but that officer (a woman that was talking a little English) told him he had to come back the next day, that there would also be a translator that day.
So my son has been staying an extra night to go back the next day.
When he arrived and showed them a letter (a personal one he made through google translate), they called an officer who could speak English but then was being asked if he had a translator with him.
My son ofcourse said that this was not the deal, that the day before was being said that there would be someone there but at the end was not so my son had to bring someone with him, someone who could do translation.
But because of that reason, because he didn't have anyone with him, they refused to do anything even though that officer could speak English.
After, my son has been showing him an official letter that was translated by someone half a year before and when that officer has read that letter, he said that it looked like a really serious case but still he said they couldn't do anything without someone being there with my son and they all just went back inside and left him on his own.
Also my son asked the police officer if they could call that criminal to come to the police station and even that they refused to do and just walked away.
My son started to burst out in tears, he was sitting in front of the door, crying that no one wanted to help him and a little bit later, some police officers went outside and what happened, they just passed him, walking to their car as if he didn't exist or wasn't there. They just walked away in front of him.
More and more things kept happening and more and more my son kept reporting to the Bulgarian authorities, again and again and again, who then simply did nothing about it.
What they did do was just ignore him and pretend nothing had ever happened, except for 1 time that the criminal had been interrogated, where that criminal also lied heavily.
More than a year and a half ago, my son received an email from that criminal in which was admitted how the authorities had been lied to, and where all kinds of things were told and where the authorities were simply accused of all kinds of things, where they were called by all kinds of names, called like idiot and so on, you know what I mean.
There was also said that this criminal has more power over everything and everyone, has more power over the authorities and that they could not do anything, there was also said that they should have believed my son rather than the criminal in question.
This was then reported to the Bulgarian police again, and they still did and do nothing with it.
My son has been treated very racist and discriminatory for years, was never believed, nothing was ever done about that criminal after all the crimes that were committed and they will never do anything about this one, not even after what I am about to say next.
First I want to talk quickly about the crimes committed, everyone is allowed to know this.
So these concern the use and dealing of drugs, being in possession of (or have been in possession of) weapons, wanting to kill people including sending my son several death threats, theft and fraud, of which my son himself became a victim where more than 15,000 euros were stolen and defrauded, failure to show up for court or respond to contact, failure to pay fines imposed, having illegal software on phone and computer, deleting evidence that my son had from social media, posing as an attorney using a so-called government email address and so on.
So there was evidence of everything that my son had collected and continued to collect every time something new was added.
The Bulgarian authorities still did nothing after receiving it.
And to come back to what happened at the end, so last early December 2022 my son drove to Bulgaria again, this time not to go to the authorities again because they are not doing anything anyway, but to go find this criminal to have a serious conversation, but since then he has also gone missing.
I reported this to the Bulgarian police several days later what had happened and that he was missing and I did not hear anything until weeks later they sent an email in a language I do not understand and while I had asked to respond in English, they don't even bother to respond in English, they do read the emails, but then they just respond back in a language that is not understood.
Again I have been sending emails, meanwhile already 5 months to which they don't even respond at all except for that 1 email.
I therefore submitted complaints to the Bulgarian ombudsman who also sent back a long time later, but where my e-mail was therefore misunderstood, and in the meantime I have been sending e-mails to them again to let them know that my e-mail from then was misunderstood and to inquire about my complaints.
Never heard anything back.
Then I even started filing complaints at European level about this and against the Bulgarian police and even they don't respond back.
So nobody understands the seriousness of the matter and what kind of criminal we are dealing with here, my son went missing almost half a year ago and was killed by this criminal, I am 300% sure about that after he had already received several death threats in the past and of which this criminal would now have seen the chance to kill him as always wanted, so I reported that to the Bulgarian police and still nothing happens, still nothing is being done about this criminal, there was not even a search for my son at all.
This is something that had to be dealt with from the start if that very first police station wanted to do anything with the very first report my son filed.
A murder could have been prevented by this.
The police don't even care about this at all, they just don't care what happened here.
They never took my son serious in everything he did and everything he said and are now doing the same thing to me, they just ignore everything.
This is truly the greatest racism and discrimination and violation of law and human rights.
Everyone has the right to know this.
Years ago he was on holiday there once and almost got locked up for just driving a few meters into a wrong road, but doing something about such crimes that happened here by this criminal, and still happening, they don't do anything about it at all .
Where is that logic?
So folks, be warned on this one.
If you ever fall victim to a Bulgarian criminal and have to deal with the Bulgarian government services, rest assured that you cannot count on any help at all simply because you are not Bulgarian.
Hereby I would kindly ask everyone to sign this so that I can get justice for my murdered son who has been a victim for so many years, and also to get this criminal in question arrested and locked up.
I don't force anyone to sign this here either, this is your own choice, but it would help me a lot and I would also appreciate it very much if you could do this and also share.
I don't want anyone to ever have the same to happen.
Also, from now on, I want to see hard evidence from the Bulgarian government services about everything that is done against that criminal, every step that is taken, I'm sure they can't even show me proof of it because they will never do anything about it just like they never did anything in all these years.
