The California Justice system is 110% corrupt. 
lawyers, DA's. Prison System. So much money goes to the "System" that is hugely corrupt. 
inocent people get incarcerated so certain state. Employees will get a raise and promotions !!!'  Yes. Get more money when they Ruin an inocent persons life and families. 
this happens every day. I have seen it. I have been RUINED by it. When I tried to warn a judge he only got mad at me and gave me the highest sentence. Had no priors or anything or any kind of record. Not even a parking ticket. A DA profited by lying in court getting away with it.
