I am starting this petition on behalf of a very distraught father. Please read his story, share and support. This family needs you. 

Conwy Social Services has ripped out the hearts of our family!!! 

A loving family, with 2 boys has been suffering at the hands of Conwy Social Services, Wales, for over 8 years. The mother has been massively effected by Social Services and the trauma they have caused. She now suffers badly with severe depression, anxieties,

 avoidant personality disorder, and most likely separation trauma anxiety due to the children being taken in such a devastating manner.

 

This has caused a massive rift between the loving couple, and their marriage has now been destroyed by this stress that Social Services has caused. Not only has this caused trauma between husband and wife, and between the parents and the children; but this

 has also caused a lot of trouble in their home town with stigma, shame and humiliation placed over them by members of public, who hurl abuse and mock them because people listen to rumours and bully what they don't know. Sadly people don't understand how devastating a situation like having a child removed is.

They have lost friends and family over this as the stress ricochets throughout the external family and on to those closest to them. They don't have any sort of a social life anymore and they find it hard to trust anyone now, because of the loss they have experienced

 with friends and family who are now being distant or non-existent. This has caused the father to lose work in 2017, as a Royal Reserve Soldier for over 19 years, which was devastating to him as it was a job he loved doing. But the stress of this has causedh is work to force him to give it up.

 Despite the psychological assessments and evaluations the couple were deemed adequate to parent. However the children still have not been returned to them, and Conwy Social Services have made no effort in getting the children back home where they belong.

 The couple have had an independent person with the knowledge and legal background involved, that they know and trust for a second opinion, that have informed the couple that Conwy Social Services have lied at every opportunity and have been completely and harshly unfair with them in their dealings with their case.

 This has quashed all hopes and dreams of going on holiday as a family and doing things loving families do. The couple have not even managed to go on a honeymoon because of how much the Services has destroyed them, they have been together for 13 years and marriedf or 10.

The family have been through hell throughout these 8 years. Naturally the father has been honest and says that because he loves his children that much, that he fiercely stood up to Social Services to try and protect his family, which he feels went against him - which is a natural loving response a protective father would react. But Social Services tend to call this as 'being aggressive', and widely use this tactic as a tool against families to take children into care.

 Despite this devastation, the father is not giving up and is determined to get his children home so he and his family can heal together. He has had meetings with the head of Child Services for Conwy, Miss Kate Davenport, which has been slightly productive.

 However, the family need a massive amount of support to get the boys back home into their care. Conwy Social Services are unashamedly using the mother as an excuse to condone the damage they have caused, because naturally she couldn't cope with the filthy,

 vindictive tactics Social Services so often use to destroy good character among vulnerable parents, and so, will not acknowledge nor apologise in their wrong doing.

I am writing this for exposure and a plea for support if anyone can help in our situation. This may also help those who are also going through a war with Social Services about their children, who are suffering quietly as this is not something to easily speak up on, as it holds a lot of stigma, shame and people on the outside often bully those going through this because of a lack of compassion, understanding and awareness.

 Too many families have been destroyed by the hands of Social Services and so many parents are not here anymore because of the disgusting things Social Services do to good families.
