Following on from Melissa Dray’s moving testimony, the links below provide details of the ‘secret settlement’ between BAe (manufacturer of the BAe 146 - on which Melissa and many other crew were injured by contaminated air onboard) and Eastwest/Ansett in Australia.
Both the Australian Senate and U.K. Government were unaware of this secret settlement.
These papers are from 1993 and 2007:

Many crew were injured by breathing contaminated air on the BAe 146 aircraft, not only in Australia but worldwide.
An Australian Flight Attendant who did win her case - therefore proving causation:
Contaminated air continues to cause injury to human health onboard the following aircraft:
Boeing - 737/757/767/777/747
Airbus - A318/319/320/321/330/340
These aircraft all use the same bleed air system to provide breathing air to the passenger cabin and cockpit.

And yet, despite already being proved in an Australian Court in 2010 that contaminated air in aircraft causes long-term injury to health, the aviation industry continue to deny it.
