The ATC recording in the video is from American Airlines - Flight Number AA728 flying from Philadelphia to London Heathrow on 28 July 2019:

The Flight Crew reported that all of the Flight Attendants were affected with headache, nausea, coughing and dizziness - yet one of the primary roles of Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew is to evacuate an aircraft in an emergency. Due to being overcome by fumes, these Flight Attendants would not have been able to perform their duty had it been required.
On 24/10/2016 a British Airways Airbus A380 flying from San Francisco to London Heathrow as flight BA286 diverted to Vancouver with most of the cabin crew incapacitated and unable to perform their duties.

Why is this acceptable? If either of these aircraft had required evacuation on landing (which crew are trained to do within 90 seconds) - it would have been impossible.
This has happened on so many flights -where crew have been incapacitated due to fumes from engine oil or hydraulic fluid. The FAA and CAA are aware of all the incidents BUT continue to deny there is a problem with contaminated air in aircraft.
