Further details of the reported incidents above can be found at www.aviationherald.com Unfortunately, the majority of fume events worldwide remain a secret and hidden away because they are not officially reported by the crew. Until crew (Flight & Cabin) report the fume events they are involved in, nothing is going to change and more people will become ill or die unnecessarily. Why do they not report? Many reasons but the main one being fear of repercussions from their employer. My next update will explain this in further detail.
