01 January - American Airlines Flight No: AA 1719 - Boston/Charlotte Reg: N744P - Airbus A319-100 Fume event on taxi out. 1 passenger & 3 crew taken to hospital. 02 January - British Airways Flight No: BA 738 - London LHR/Geneva Reg: G- EUUY - Airbus A320-200 (Same Aircraft with Fume Event on 18 December) 05 January - Eurowings Flight No: EW9464 - Dusseldorf/London LHR Reg: D-AEWK - Airbus A320-200 4 Flight Attendants taken to hospital. 06 January - JetBlue Flight No: B6 1095 - Boston/Punta Cana Reg: N598JB - Airbus A320-200 Returned to Boston. 06 January - Air Europa Flight No: UX 1017 - Madrid/London LHR Reg: EC-JHL - Boeing 737-800 Returned to Madrid. 06 January - EasyJet Flight No: U2 8943 - London LGW/Grenoble Reg: G-EZOF - Airbus A320-200 Diverted to Lyon. 11 January - Lufthansa Flight No: LH 1365 - Krakow/Frankfurt Reg: D-AIBH - Airbus A319-100 Returned to Krakow. Updates: From 29 November 16 - Frankfurt/Barcelona Flight No: LH 1128 Reg: D-AISB - A321-100 Fumes onboard on departure and prior to arrival in Barcelona. All crew went to see a doctor on arrival back to Frankfurt. 1 crew member is still on sick leave with symptoms relating to this Fume event. From 04 April 16 - Frankfurt/Dusseldorf Flight No: LH 88 Reg: D-AISE - A321-200 A flight attendant from this flight has been declared unfit to fly permanently. Possible Fume event in Cockpit - BA1434 London LHR/Edinburgh Boeing 767 Reg: F-BZHC The aircraft returned to LHR after take off - but no further information. If any airline wishes to dispute any of this information, please contact your regulator who will already have been informed.
