We need your help!  Proposed Re Zoning Oday Rd.
A developer is trying to REZONE 1826 Oday Road to build a large event center with a bar and live music dance hall in our neighborhood. The first meeting relating to this proposed rezoning is September 2nd at 6:30 p.m at City Hall on Liberty Drive in Pearland Texas.

Please take the time to protect our neighborhood from loud noise, traffic,  littering, and intoxicated drivers.  If you can't make the meeting, please get online and send a message to the city.  Application number CUP2025-0318.   Meeting date, Monday Sept 22.
