Years of polluting Lake Ontario has led to significant damage. Bacteria levels have risen 300 times over Federal Standards for a safe swimming experience. Companies such as AV Terrace Bay and Suncor have been polluting Lake Ontario for years, without significant punishment. Since 2010, Suncor has paid $6 Million in environmental taxes, but has collected $355 Million in Subsidies. We need to take action against the corrupt companies who collect taxpayers money to pollute Lake Ontario!
