Hey Neighbours, a new application has been made by developers to change the zoning on 172 Street (between 1 Ave. & 2 Ave.) from single family residential to high density condos and commercial units!

Please help prevent our small, family friendly neighbourhood from becoming a high density area by signing this petition.

A 5 story, 57 unit building with commercial space right smack dap in the middle of residential detached homes will:

• look awful,
• most certainly also bring down surrounding home values,
• cause more parking issues, and
• create more traffic (approximately 100 more home owner vehicles).

We need to protect the overall vibe of our amazing neighbourhood! Think of how busy it is now in the Grandview area.

I for one do not want that. If you feel the same, please do your part by:

2. Emailing the city to voice your concerns before it’s too late.
