At the Oak Brook Community Meeting held on Sunday, June 8, Trustee Ed Tiesenga addressed the crowd.

This is a video of Trustee Ed Tiesenga explaining the many documents, figures and plans missing from the proposed Chic Chef 30-year Addendum.  This Addendum was presented as a "done deal" at the April 8, 2025 village board meeting.  Turns out, the deal is not done, not even conceived and certainly not funded.  If the Addendum is approved, we have no idea who will actually run the OBBT Clubhouse (rebranded Oak Brook Manor without your approval).  No idea.  Who are we dancing with?
