STOP DOG CAPTURE? OVERPOPULATION, SPAY/NEUTER AND RELEASE.

Pet owners are abused, beaten and now, an elderly man died trying to rescue his pet dog. Is this where Malaysia is heading? Merciless treatment to both human and voiceless animals? This man hold on to his dog and begged the officers involved, mercy, that's all it would have taken to undo his death. But they dragged him mercilessly, until he fell into the drain and succumbed to his death.  Make this right. Stop dog capturing in Malaysia.
