Stop China from MURDERING Pets while Owners in COVID Quarantine

The Issue

China city, Anic, announced on March 30, 2022 that they will euthanize cats, dogs and other pets of owners who test positive for COVID-19 in pursuit of a zero COVID policy. They will never obtain zero COVID cases as the disease is now endemic. Further, pets pose a very low risk of spreading COVID-19. These animals are being blugeoned to death, crammed into sacks one on top of the other still alive and languishing in the streets while their helpless owners are being held in quarantine.

"The Anci district of Langfang city, in northern China, on Wednesday ordered the "complete culling of indoor animals" of coronavirus patients" according to Business Insider and state media owned China News Service.

We saw this happen last year during lockdowns. One woman witnessed her corgy beat to death with iron rods by health workers in hazmat suits on her security camera while she was being held in quarantine helpless to save him. She ended up testing negative.

Shanghai is now under strict lockdown and their pets are at risk. Other cities are likely to fall under lockdown in pursuit of the futile zero COVID policy. Tell the Chinese government to stop the senseless murder of pets.
